Prior to Citi, he held investment roles at Cisco, Comcast Ventures, and TeleSoft Partners. At Cisco, he led investments and acquisitions in enterprise networking, collaboration, IoT, and the Israeli tech ecosystem.
Earlier in his career, Matt was employee #10 at Terayon Communication Systems, a Sequoia and Lightspeed-backed startup that went public. He began in ASIC design and later transitioned into product marketing and product management.

Luis started his professional career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
